Sons of the West is BACK!
Sons of the West will return in 2016 for the third year running, beginning with the launch of a preseason exercise campaign right across the West in February.
The FREE ten week campaign will focus on light physical exercise and is open to all men ahead of the beginning of the main program that’ll kick off in June.
