Preseason over for Sons of the West
The Sons of the West preseason program is wrapping up for 2017.
This year’s program saw over 600 men from western Victoria participate in various workshops that covered potential barriers to exercise, mental health, nutrition, as well as musculoskeletal conditions (injuries) and exercise.
The final Preseason sessions will close by 13 April, with the 10-week Premiership program kicking off in May.
As a reward for their efforts, men who have attended at least six preseason sessions will be invited to attend the Western Bulldogs Community Foundation’s Inside the Club event, where they will hear from a panel of Western Bulldogs senior players and coaching staff.
To be a part of Australia’s biggest men’s health program, all you need to do is to turn up to any one of the below venues and you’re on your way to a happier and healthier lifestyle.
Premiership Program timetables to be provided shortly.
